This Special Prize presented by the President of the Italian Post Office consists of a letter stand in silver with gold medal inserted, modelled and signed by Iorio Vivarelli born in 1922 at Fognano. A printed description accompanies the piece. Front: 'Italia 98' (1998), Vivarelli's signature, silver hallmark at bottom next to 'S. Johnson'. Back: 'Prof. Enzo Cardi, Presidente Poste S.p.A.'.
