Lot 10 "DUMMER" PACKET LETTER; 31st March 1708 fine EL from Jamaica ("..I went to Kingston on the 25th inst. and...we went to Port Royal") sent to London "p. the Franklin [= Franklands] pacquet", charged "1N6" (the increased 1704 single rate) on the front, with a faint London arrival Bishop Mark on the reverse.
