Lot 120 RARE USAGE OF A "COMMMERCIAL ROOMS" MARK ON AN INGOING LETTER; Unusual 10th July 1824 EL from "Havana" to "W.E. Fiott Esq., H.M. Schooner Renegade, Jamaica" with no postal charge or P.O. marks but with a fine strike of the two-line "COMMERCIAL ROOMS/KINGSTON JAMAICA" (CR4) on the front.
