Halliburton, Q.D.C.", with m/s "9" changed to "In 1N5" on the front and with a fine "9/OC" London transit Bishop Mark on the reverse. Apparently charged as a double letter, possibly via Deal or Dover. Also 30th Nov. 1745 London Gazette with long P.O. notice inc. warning against private competition with P.O. packet boats to Jamaica, etc. (2 items).
