Lot 308 1D BLUE ILLEGALLY USED ON "BOOK POST" COVER TO G.B.; Unusual 10th March 1874 partly printed "Estates Return" EL to London with a 1d blue (short corner perf.) tied by a very fine St. Ann's Bay "A73" numeral with a fair matching c.d.s. on the reverse. To qualify for this special international 1d rate the contents should have been entirely printed, but the Jamaican & British Post Offices did not notice. Rare thus; very fine and attractive.
