nt are faint & near fine strikes of the purple Jamaican "BAD CONDITION" mark. Recent research by Bob has shown that this damage was caused by the sinking of a British merchant ship (en route from the U.S.) near Jamaica early in Nov. 1942. See also next lot. PHOTO
