(tone spots & with small tear at foot) to G.B., headed & countersigned for a Hospital Sergeant of the 2nd battalion of the West Indies regiment, franked by a Jamaica 1d red; tied by a fair "UP PARK CAMP/JAMAICA" squared circle, with squared circles of Kingston and Nottingham (G.B.) on the reverse.
