Lot 939 RARE "REFUSED" MARK; Oct. 1902 PPC from G.B. to Kingston with G.B. d and "T/L" hexagon beside m/s "1d"; consequently returned with a fine (and rare) Kingston "REFUSED" mark and a faint "R.L.B./JAMAICA" octagon d.s. on the address side.
