 This display covers the area that is today most of Southern Bulgaria. It begins with the Russian-Turkish war covers, then the independent stamp-less period which includes both Russian and Eastern Rumelia covers, followed by the various Eastern Rumelia issues. We finish with the South Bulgaria overprint issues. Cancellations and usages are also included.
