How much does it cost?

Regarding catering, a rate per head will apply for Commercial and Corporate hirings. The price will depend upon requirements. More detailed requirements can be dealt with through approved caterers.

Philatelic Societies

One of the principal objects of the Society is to promote, encourage and contribute to the advancement of the science and practice of philately. We have special rates to accommodate Philatelic Societies and other Associated Bodies.

Vault Hire

Anyone may hire space in our vault. The annual fee, payable in advance, is £175 exclusive of VAT. A renewal notice will be sent out in December each year, to renew for the following year.

Anyone requiring access to the vault must make appropriate arrangements with the Administration Manager or Administration Secretary in advance. Access is available Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.30pm only. The deposit of material within a box will be permitted on the strict understanding that the hirer is responsible for all insurance arrangements and that no liability can be attributed to the The Royal Philatelic Society London, its members, staff or Officers of the Society. The vault boxes are 46cm x 46cm x 46cm.
