Stamp Dispenser
Stamp Dispenser
Listen to audio.
Stamp dispensers are designed to conveniently dispense stamps for use in the office or home. Usually they work with stamps that are supplied in a coil which is a common way for stamps to be supplied in some countries such as Sweden and the USA. The 357 dispensers in our collection come from the late Jim Czyl Collection, donated to the Society by Charles Kiddle in memory of his brother Francis Kiddle (1942 - 2015). Francis was a leading philatelist and collector of Cinderella stamps and a former President of the RPSL. Cinderella stamps are defined as labels that look like postage stamps but are intended for another purpose. Jim Czyl (1947 – 2014) was a leading American authority and collector of Cinderella Stamps and formed his collection of stamp dispensers as a side project.
