Franz Reichenheim
(1860-1929) was an
important figure in
Edwardian philately,
and the Herts Club
was a significant
organisation.
On 31 March, 1913 Reichenheim published the Catalogue of handbooks, journals, etc.,
in the Library of the Hertfordshire Philatelic Society, “compiled and published by the
editor of The monthly report of the Hertfordshire Philatelic Society”.
In 1916 he donated 500 volumes to the library of the Royal Philatelic Society.
