B. Plate Varieties Double Transfers
Type "E" - The "Mower Shift"
Type "F" - The "Wagshal S.hift"
Recent research now indicates that the Type "E" or "The Mower Shift" may not be a double transfer
but rather plate scratches or flaws caused by some foreign object on the plate as it does not show the
constant doubling of the lines attributed to double transfers. Position unknown.
