LADIUN
Identical handstamps are recorded by all the writers on the subject for Ladiun and Mirpur Sakro I
Mirpur Batoro, both in the Thatta District. This is simply on the basis of the colour of the ink
used in the respective offices.
Blue handstamps are assigned to Ladiun and are found only on Service issues. The overprint
shows the new currency only in uniform capital letters enclosed in a box. Length of Paisa, 8.5
mm, Height of letters, 2.5 mm. Recorded in use in Ladiun between April and July 1961.
