is not registered, and will not be checked in the post, b\lt will be
treated as if it had been posted in a letter box;
(2) that in the event of loss, damage, or delay, this certifioate will
confer no title to compensation ; and
(3) that it furnishes no proof of nature of contents.
To obtain complete check in the post, and title to compcusatio11 in the event or
loss or damage, recourse should be had to registration. No valuable article should
be sent by inland post unregistered, or by foreign or colonial post uninsured.
