Entire latter addressed to London from Gloucester with a strip of four and a

pair of the 1 d red imperforate stamps tied by the 1844 type numeral cancel 312
allocated to Gloucester and Gloucester Station when used in conjunction with

any of the station cancels. On the back is the red-inked unframed traveller
cancel GLOUCESTER/STATION dated 8th November 1848 with index 5
below the year slug. This mark is also recorded in black ink, again only on the
one day
