Very scarce registered cover to England. The type 1 'Certificado'
handstamp was withdrawn from the Head Post Office on 31 December 1959.
No replacement registration handstamp available. As a temporary measure, a
datestamp used for the Postal Savings Bank (C.P. DE A.) was put into use
for registered mail from January to September 1960. This provisional type -
type 2 registration handstamp. Note manuscript registration number. Shows
accepted usage of Spanish stamps. External fetter rate - 5 Pta ;
Registration fee - 6 pta (between 1959 and 1966) ; hence 11 Pta total rate.
