ciently prepaid domestic letter rate with registration.
The total rate should be 30 Öre ‐ the prepaid postage
was 28 Öre = 2 Öre insufficiently prepaid. No 2 Öre
stamp existed at the time being, the lowest denomi‐
nation value available was 3 Öre (MJELLBY 6.1.1887).
