28 February 1936. Letter to Germany posted on board a ship and landed at Freetown.
Backstamped at Dakar on 8 March and Paris on 15 March.
Flown by Air France Antares from Dakar (13 Mar) to Toulouse (14 Mar).
The adhesives were cancelled by the Freetown boxed paquebot POSTED ON STEAMER handstamp.
The instructional mark ‘Trajet Dakar - France’ was struck in Dakar, Senegal, prior to joining the Dakar to Toulouse service.
Rate 3d surface plus 1s air surcharge for the first half ounce.
