Scouting Around the World the Philippines

At the l 5th World Conference of WAGGGS (Netherland s, 1954) it was
dec ided to mark the centenary of the birth of Lord Baden-Powell, the
founder of Guid ing, by hold ing a World Camp w ith four locations.
These were Canada, the Philippines, Sw itzerland and the Un ited Kingdom .

Pri11ting error "1357"/or '"1857", position no. 48 in each sheet. The error
stamps were obliterated with cancel bars and a punched hole, and they
were supposed to be removed from the sheets prior to sale of the stamps.
