An Express Delivery cover addressed to Glasgow with the ld lilac paying the
postage and the 3d Jubilee issue paying for the Express service. Both stamps are

tied by the Scots style double ring cancel GARTMORE STATION/578 dated
22nd October 1898 with index C. On the back is the single ring cancel
GARTMORE dated the same day and the Glasgow arrival mark, also dated on
the 22nd October 1898
