added EDW VII 1hd & ld values tied by the three-bar duplex
cancel RUGBY STATION-659 dated lih January 1902. The
cover would appear to have been underpaid, although the

correct rate at the time to Italy would have been the 2 1hd as
paid. Even so, a charge was made in London, translated to 50
Centimes in Rome
