Perforation



            With only a very small number of exceptions, Wilding low value stamps were perforated in one of three ways.
            Double panes were printed with left and right halves, whereas single panes were loaded two side-by-side for
            perforating. The different pin patterns are traditionally described by the perforation style in the left margin and
            the style in the bottom margin. P = Perforated through; I = Imperforate; and E = one Extension hole.
