            Sheet Cylinders 1-20 were created from multipositive 359 and Cylinders 21-22 from multipositive 482. Cylinder 21 was
            in the single pane format. Cylinders 3, 7 and 16-20 were rejected.  A total of 28.5m panes of 240 stamps were printed.
