Schleswig bearing 4 Skilling crown and sceptre cancelled with Esrom type three ring F AXE L,
date stamped with Ant Ill R0NNEDE. On reverse boxed SCHLESW.POST-SPED.BUR,
transit cancel KOLDING and Prussian double eds APENRADE arrival mark.
During the period without postal agreement until In August 1865, the pre-war rate of 4 Skilling continued to be
valid for mail be~een the Kingdom of Denmark and the Duchy of Schleswig.
