usage of Spanish and Andorran stamps in Andorra. This card was posted
at the 3S et. internal postcard rate, (in use from 1946 until 19S4). In
1949, there was a Set. surcharge on inland mail for The War Vietims
Relief Fund. Note special usage of the Spanish Set War Tax stamp,
making the correet 40et rate.
