                                                          HISTORIC  9:00  A.M.  EST,  AUGUST 2,  1911

                                                          Astronaut  David  R.  Scott  opened  the  first  U.S.  Post
                                                          Office in outer  space  by the  Hadley  Rille  on  the  Moon.
                    The  Astronaut  stated,  «I'm  very  proud  to  have  the  opportunity  here  to  play  postman  and  cancel  this
                    stamp.  The date is  August  2,  1971,  FIRST DAY  OF  ISSUE right here  by the  H adley  Rille."
