8th August 1691. London to Edinburgh double letter at the 10d (sterling) unpaid rate. Backstamped
with a London General Post receivers mark (LV) and a London Bishop mark for August 8. The '10'
rate was applied at London on the front and Edinburgh added the '10'1' accounting mark on the
reverse.
