1947 Paris UPU Congress Presentation Folder
In common with almost all Crown Colonies and Protectorates,
300 presentation folders were prepared for distribution to
delegates at the UPU Congress. There were 250 copies with red
covers, and 50 with blue covers.
Each folder contained the current stamps as were available in
1947, apart from the £1 value. The three redundant values that
were omitted were 1½d scarlet, 2d mauve and 5d.
The folder also included the 1946 Peace & Reconciliation
stamps.
