The Boy Scouts Association had to cancel their planned national camp at Tromso - the camp of the Midnight Sun.

Savings booklet for the 1940 national camp. The camp participation fee was 18 kr. The Boy Scout could buy savings
stamps at 25 ore each and collect them in this booklet. The camp fee was paid when the booklet had been filled.
