The second World Rover Moot was he ld in 1935 on th e island ln garo in th e Stockholm
archipelago. Baden-Powell was also to attend the Moot, and un fort unate ly this wou ld be the
last tim e he was to be amongst a world gather ing of hi s beloved Rovers. He aga in exp ressed
hi s hopes that Internati onal Rover Moots would generate enough goodwi ll to avoid future
conflict amongst nati ons, but, as we now know, the Third Reich was already o n the march.
The spec ial postmark (S-005) was used from 29 July to 8 August.
