I send again greetings to my brother Scouts in
Bengal and my best wishes for a Jamboree year of
happiness and useful service.

Three propaganda rocket were launched on Feb. I, 1937. They carried a total of2,500 Messages
ofloyalty, 200 Governor ofBengal's letter, 63 Jamboree Railway Timetables and 550 Scouts'
Equipment lists (200 blue, 150 violet and 200 red lists) which were scatteredfrom the air.
