Type 3. A neat, two line, surcharge is found in violet on the same four values as its larger cousin
(Type I). The surcharge is generally considered doubtful, with used examples often having
Philatelic Bureau cancellations. Two large parcel fragments recorded with these adhesives used in
combination with unoverprinted stamps may indicate that they were aceepted for proper postal
purposes, even if with doubtful origins. Length of Paisa 5mm, Height of capital letters l.5mm.
