Cover addressed to Wormsley, Herefordshire with a previously
used 19p stamp being affixed in an attempt to pay postage. On
the back is the label P460 explaining that the post office would

like to keep the cover and to know the name and address of the
sender; presumable for an investigation. The label is cancelled
by the double rimmed rubber oval REGISTERED/STATION
S.O HEREFORD dated 19th December 1994. Above the label

is the manuscript "NOTIDNG IN ENVELOPE-VERY ODD"
