Each complete pane is arranged in a format of 20 rows of 12 stamps. To allow post office clerks to divide
sheets easily into half or quarter sheets, arrows were printed in each margin to highlight the mid-point.
The cylinder number can be seen in the lower left margin next to Row 18.
