              I 8th August 1864, Printed form for listing lost parcels, sent to the Saxon field  post office in
             NeumOnster, postmarked with boxed Prussian field post office K:PR:FELDPOST-RELAIS
                                           FLENSBURG ( 15 recorded).

              Lost parcels were a problem for the field post offices on both sides, with men moving and parcels from home
            following them. The list includes the karte, or journal, number, the originating post office, the identity marking and
               weight of the parcel in  pounds and ounces, the recipient. and his unit. The final column is to record notes.
