[A letter written on 11th June 1801 in St Petersburg with an attractive
handstamp which arrived ,in London on 18th July evidenced by a Foreign \
I Office datestamp.

A letter written in Paris on 22°d January 1818
which has the French stamps "PORT-PAYE"
and "60 P.P.". It arrived in London on the 30th.
addressed to Mrs Donovan but on 20th April
1821 - over 3 years later - she sent it on to
Bromley with the message: I have just now
found this letter which I forward to you in
case it might be of any use!
