History: The huge area between Hamadan, Kermanchah, Sultanabad-Arak and Qum was in the hands of the "Democrats, a nationalistic
movement for independence of Persia. They leaned towards Germany, hoping it would win the war and in their special hatred of the Russians.
Some groups had their own censor marks.
