Whoever shall apprehend and convict, or cause to be apprehended and convicted, the Person or Persons who
committed this Robbery and Murder, will be entitled to a Reward of Two HUNDRED POUNDS, over and above the Reward
~ven by Act of Parliament for apprehending of Highwaymen; or if any Person or Persons, whether an Accomplice in the
Robbery and Murder, (except the Person or Persons who actually committed the Murder) shall make Discovery, whereby
the Person or Persons who committed the same, may be apprehended and brought to Justice, such Discoverer will, upon
Conviction of the Party or Parties, be entitled to the same Reward of Two HUNDRED POUNDS, and will also receive His
Majesty's most gracious Pardon.

"910 4 NEWS (General Post-Office, October 22, 1791)
A Mail will be made up at this Office on the First Wednesdays in the Months of November, December, January, and
February, with the Letters for the Provinces of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, to be sent by the Packet Boats which sail
every Month for New York, and will be conveyed from thence to Halifax by one of His Majesty's Schooners employed
under the Command of Admiral Sir Richard Hughes, who will despatch one from Halifax to New York every Month for
that Purpose.
Letters for Canada will be sent from New York over Land to Quebec; and the rest of the Year the Packets will sail to
and from Halifax as usual.
