Referring to “Post– och Inrikes Tidningar” (Post and Domestic Times) no. 3 on Saturday 4 January 1862:
‐ The “1 Skilling Banco Black Local Stamp” was still valid for use, but will be replaced by a 3 Öre stamp, explaining
the mixed frankings.
1 Skilling Banco replaced by 3 Öre as Local Letter rate
