1884 Eighth Printing used for Revenue Purposes.
Early in 1884 an Ordinance was passed which allowed adhesive stamps to be used for both postal and revenue
purposes. However, shortly afterwards it was decided to order a specific printing of adhesives that were
overprinted REVENUE; these were sent in August 1884.
