Addressee and sender are both bank branches. From other similar items seen, it is deduced that this was the label
from a heavy bag of coins sent through the postal system. Postage page is 6s 8½d, confirmed by pencil annotation.
Possible rate: letter 1½d first oz plus 76 x 1d additional oz plus 3d registration fee = 6s 8½d.
