Scouting Around the World  Russian DP Camp Mi:inchehof

                                        1 September 1947.
Four stamps had been printed from tentative plates on 1 September 1947,
but were not put into use: 18 Pf Peter the Great, 24 Pf General Suvarov,
48 Pf Alexander Pushkin and 84 Pf Kremlin Palace, all with design by
B. Kiriushin. The stamps were re-valued and uissued on 1February1949.
