Treasure Island Scout Camp is a Boy Scout camp located between Point Pleasant,
Pennsylvania and French-town, New Jersey. The camp is situated on an island in
the middle of the Delaware River and owned by the Cradle of Liberty Council.

The Treasure Island Scout Camp had its own post office from 1931 to 1953.
From the opening in 1931 the post office used its own canceller; this first
device was a 4-bar duplex handstamp. The postal cancel was used only
during the summer camping season and only within the Scout Camp.
