A letter written in Bryanston Square on 22°ct May 1850 by Sir De Lacy
Evans addressed to Duncan B. Shaw, Hon. Secretary, Central Committee
- Government's Internment Bill, London Tavern. The letter has a
Crawford St receiver's handstamp and was delivered the same day. He
advises that a prior engagement will deprive him of the ability to attend
tomorrow's meeting but assures Mr. Shaw "he will not fail to every due
attention in his power to the opinions which will no doubt be published
and to resolutions that may be passed".
