Nando's Coffee House

An un-dated letter circa 1780 written
by Thomas Howard on a Thursday at
Nando's Coffee House addressed to
Mr. Davis, Apothecary, in Liman Street,
Goodman's Fields. He clearly missed
an appointment at Nando's but will
endeavour to be back at Nando's for
12 tomorrow. He writes: "I have the
Gout in my Hand, which makes it very
troublesome for me to write".
