Apollo 10 (AS-505) We Are Close
This was the dress rehearsal for the first lunar landing mission, Apollo 11. This photo of the launch bears
a paii of a flown 'coldplate' of Apollo 10. The source of this coldplate is the Mascoutah Air and Space
Museum. The coldplate was used to shield critical computer components in the command module.
