Spaven Flaw. Thinning of the frame line to the right of the crown on Stamp 3
Stamp 3 on the top row of the left-hand pane of Plate 1 shows a
constant variety known as the Spaven Flaw. It exists on all Plate 1
printings for all values and countries.
