Mafwe
The location of Mafwe has not been definitively established. It is known that in Port Loko Mafwe
the 1940s it was the home of a group of American missionaries in the vicinity
of Makeni, although the precise location cannot be found. It is also not certain
that the office called Mafweh that is known from one postmark in 1932 is the Freetown
same village. No opening or closures reported in the Sierra Leone Royal Gazette.
