In 1948, the Norwegian Girl Guides Association held the ir largest nationa l camp ever, at Borre in Yestfold.
With 5,000 participants it was only matched by the 1976 nati ona l camp which was the last before th e merger with the
Boy Sco uts Assoc iation. The field post office that operated in the camp used a specia l postm ark (N-014) 7- 15 July.
